Products placed through the store cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded when it arrives in perfect condition as per the description on the website.

Incase if you receive a broken piece, please send me a picture of it within 24hours of its delivery, the refund will be processed. Any requests made after than will not be accepted.
